MathCraft Inventory Scanner

The MathCraft inventory scanner is a high-performance scanner for use in secured areas with ease of use in mind.  MathCraft has partnered with MSS Software to develop an inventory application that is versatile yet easy to use for MathCraft users to conduct common inventory functions.

The MathCraft inventory scanner kit is comprised of a Honeywell CN80G scanner and a pre-installed and pre-licensed inventory app for use with MathCraft systems.  The CN80G was selected as the scanner model because of its unique security features including no radios, no camera, no microphone, and no SD card memory slot.  The kit includes a docking station which provides fast charging as well as facilitates USB data communication between the scanner and the PC.

Taking inventory is easy with the scanner as it can decode all common 1D and 2D barcodes including Code 39, Code 128, QR Code, and more.  With over 1 GB of storage available, the CN80G is capable of holding millions of scan records.

Once the inventory counting process is complete, the scanner will create a data file which you can use with with Access Commander’s inventory processing software for barcoded assets and documents.  The scanner kit includes a docking station for the scanner to charge its battery and support USB communication.  From the PC, the user will view the Excel file which has been created by the inventory scanner.
